wonderful stay with a few hiccups
friendly staffbus stopspacious twin
the reception staff were very friendly and helpful (i really appreciated their local tips). the location was also great, especially its proximity to bus stop 15 for tours. i loved my spacious twin room, and i enjoyed the lounge area with the good breakfast choices.

The spa access was a plus. I spent an hour there to relax. Breakfast was good to start the day. It had many options. The room was comfy, so i slept well.
One thing, the lighting in the room was rather dim, I found it difficult to see well at night.

The breakfast buffet includes a wide selection of pastries, cereals, and hot dishes, alongside juices and coffee, which are restocked regularly. It is a VERY busy place during peak hours. The on-site restaurant offers a dinner menu with local and international cuisine.

Staff at the front desk were polite, and check-in was efficient. I didn't have to wait long. Luggage storage is available after check-out, and staff can arrange taxi services to the airport.

limited menurepetitive breakfast
the bar and restaurant menus are limited room service comes with a steep fee though you can order food and bring it up yourself breakfast options were repetitive since the same selection was served daily and the staff didn't seem to track which rooms had free breakfast-leading to overcrowding at times
